- Provide general directions and guidance to the Local Governance Resource Center’s (LGRC) programs and plans.

Formulate policies and guidelines to operationalize the LGRC.

Initiate steps towards building their respective organizations as Knowledge-Centric Organization (KCO).

Contribute to the development of good practices in local governance and its replication.

Identify and propose areas for convergence to harmonize programs.

Mobilize resources to support knowledge Management programs.

Identify and participate in researches and assessments relevant to LG KM.

Analyze and review LG KM Audits.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of LGRC and the attainment of its Vision, Mission, and Goals.

Continuously verify the LGRC value proposition and communicate this to sponsors and partners.
